Last December, I went to Penang to have a very good holiday with Patric Chan who is a famous copywriter and internet marketer.
Before going to Penang, Patric gave me a suggestion.

If you register a company in Hong Kong, you can enjoy 16% low tax when you do any business here. It is true for any local business.
However, the business like the one of mine makes money in oversea e.g. U.S. or Japan...etc, then it is TAX-FREE. It means I don't need to pay even a penny (0% tax) to Hong Kong Government.
Anyone can register a company in Hong Kong no matter you have Hong Kong Identity Card or not. You can open a bank account here too....Is it too good to be true?
Yes. It is. That's why I open an office here.
It is not a bad idea to form a company here. The cost is around $6000HKD (USD$800). You need to pay around $400 per annual renewal of your license. It is really a low cost when you expect to pay 5 or 6 figure income tax (20% or above) to your country government.
