As a web publisher, I know it's difficult to sell physcial product on the internet. It doesn't mean it's difficult to make money by selling tangible product. Indeed, you can make a lot of money from that.

If you are really good at web publishing, traffic generation and management..etc, I suggest you to find a partner who is selling physical products at "ebay". Try to approach him/her to see whether it is possible to "make money" together.
