Just take a look at the great sport player like Tiger Woods (golf), his coach has never been ranked No.1 before. However, his student, Tiger, is consistently ranked in the top of the world.

Similar to other business coach, like Anthony Robbins, he is the private coach of John McCormack who is the Entrepreneur of the Year selected by INC Magazine. Anthony is a great coach, however he is not the expert in all business areas.

What does it means? A coach is someone who can bring you to the path of success. This is the only and most important job of a coach.

To me, I think I am a player rather than a coach. At least, I am doing what a player should do right now. Unluckily, I haven’t had any business coach. Otherwise, I guess I would suffer from less errors and save a lot of money, too.

Definitely, if a coach is a former great player in the world, then his student should get much more benefits e.g. experience sharing, mind management. Like the case of the manager of the soccer team FC Barcelona, Frank Rijkaard, who was a great soccer player in AC Milan and won a lot of important competitions.
